Leaving the Forum

Dear forum members who know me,

I have decided to leave the forum due to dissatisfaction with moderation style, which I find unnecessarily oppressive, overreactive and overly interfering, in reference to one moderator.

I regret leaving, as I feel that there are people I could help via the forum (though on balance I don't think this forum is busy enough for that to be a tragedy of vast proportions) but I have to consider the environment I have to visit to do this.  I don't want to be here any more basically, so it's time to leave.  Swatting flies becomes too irritating after a while.  There are other forums and other ways to help people and any forum I belong to, needs to at the very least have enough autism awareness to keep me visiting.

Longman, keep up the good work, it's all on your shoulders now old chum.

  • Shame you feel the need to go IntenseWorld, your insight and knowledge will most certainly be missed and leave a big gap.

To be honest I very nearly pulled out myself last week, as I had had enough of firefighting spammers, and of late finding myself temporariliy unable to post. I picked up you were also having trouble.

Also I'm surprised I don't get into trouble with the Moderators, some of the things I come out with, like my sentiments on certain Eton public school boys!

Hope you find other opportunities for expression.

    Good luck.
