My lovely lurcher Fearn loves shoes, when she was a puppy she ate several pairs, but now she's grown she like to communicate using them. Sometimes I will go upstairs after a shower and find her lying on my bed with a walking boot! I think this means, can we go out when you've got your day fur on? Other times when I've had to go out before she's been for a walk, I will come home to find her looking out for me on the window sill, with a slipper and a walking boot, this I think means, 'please come home and wear the slipper, but also can you change paws for walking paws so as we can go out'.
