I think you'll find that the cost of setting up a separate forum is prohibitive. You could always contact the NAS direct about this, or contact the community manager here with your idea though. CommunityManager@nas.org.uk
If they think it worthwhile, they might consider having a separate part of this site for that purpose, I suppose.
