What have you watched lately?

I’ve just watched When The Boat Comes in, really well made and staring one of my favourite actors, a true ‘likely lad.’

Not seen that one since I was small, I still remember the theme song if I remembering the right programme, "..you shall a fishy on a little dishy, you shall have a fishy when the boat comes in..." something like that...

You’re correct, it’s on channel 71 at 10pm every night.  I watched it as a young child, a lot of now famous actors had roles in it. My grandmother came from Byker, the poverty in the depression was terrible.
