Do you like the new fun games introduced here, since the upgrade?

I have noted the introduction of 7 new "fun" games here, in recent times, as part of the forum upgrade.

I wondered if any members and visitors here like them?

1. "Spot the similar" graphic game

......to prove you are human. [a regular and unavoidable "pop-up" game]

2. "Watch the cloud" graphic game

......to give you time to do nothing. [a regular and unavoidable "pop-up" game where you watch a crossed-out cloud]

3. "Watch your mouth" word game

......to raise your blood pressure.[a new authoritarian game to allow you to "guess the spirit" of the rules and how they might be applied]

4. "Into the prison" endurance game

....to see if you can be bothered to last "pre-moderation". [a summary-judgement game, that we must just watch unfold from the sidelines]

5. "Will my post appear" observance game

......to see if any, or some, of our individual posts will ever actually appear or not.

6. "What thread has been "cut", and what "stays"" observation game

.....guess what threads are still here, and what has been "purged" and what has been "disappeared" from view....but secretly remains.

7. "Guess whether PM's can be viewed by moderators, or not" guessing game

.....guess whether moderation folk here (past or present) CAN read our PM's or not.  [It has been clearly stated that they DO NOT read them btw.]

It will be the same as Apples statement about their encryption this week - they have removed a feature to allow your stuff to be encrypted unless a warrant is supplied which allows them to give the government in question access to your stuff.

It is more nuanced than that of course but that is the principle.

I cannot imagine a charity having a discussion board where vulnerable people hang out where they could not give the police access to potential abuse when the Plod turn up with a warrant.
