Friday is my favourite day, nothing to shout from the rooftops about but a nice night in, always make pizza and watch tv or game in comfortable clothing.
I buy sourdough balls and freeze them and take them out and in the refrigerator the night before I use them. I had pepperoni and jalapeños tonight but usually I have goats cheese and caramelised red onion with a bit of rocket leaves.
