Sorry you've got caught up in that. It hasn't happened to me yet. I read about the site maintenance coming up hopefully the quarantine problems will be fixed during that.
The very important thing is NOT TO TAKE IT PERSONALLY. Hard, I know, but it has happened to most of us at some point.
