Where to buy head protection, HELP URGENT

My 4 year old granddaughter is banging her head so often we are unable as a family to prevent it happening as it happens so quickly. We are frightened she may seriously injure herself. Can anyone help of give any advice or where to purchase head protection.

We have contacted various professionals but as yet we have no response. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

I suggest talking to your granddaughter's GP, not only for professional medical advice, but also as head protection might be available via the NHS.

(I appreciate from what you've said that you may well already have started this process, so please accept my apologies if this part of my reply is redundant, but I'm still mentioning it for the potential benefit of other readers of this thread over time).

For example, usage instructions here indicate that patients may be prescribed a protective helmet due to self-injurious behaviour:
