spammers and trolls

Today's flood of football adverts, which in the Health section amounted to about 20 new discussions that wiped the whole menu, something needs to be done.

But isn't it time that this menace was tackled by the Government. After all it affects many other websites and amounts to an attack on Britain.

Aren't these people something that should be addressed by national security services? Given this vehicle could be used to undermine the country.

...I am thinking that the timing of this influx of spamming is potentially very telling.  Just thinking back to a particular thread with some particular comments yesterday...just saying.  Funny how we've never had this huge volume of concurrent spamming before and then suddenly, following certain comments, here we are...

The stupid thing is, this person has done this for effect, but all they are doing is making themselves look a total fool.  Childish isn't the word.

Exactly what I was referring to, @Anil A. It wasn't me!
