I was given a pair of shoes for xmas ans only quickly tried them on and they seemed Ok if a bit tight. When I went to wear them for the first time a couple of weekends ago I realised they were much to small, I looked on the box and it said my size 8, but gave an EU size of 41, every other shoe manufacturer gives a UK size 8 as an EU 42, it was only on a tiny little bit of the pamphlet in tiny print that it gave a size guide. I've tried to contact them for over a week now with no sucess, I even tried calling the order line only for it not to be answered! I'm really fed up, I can' temail them as some weird box pops up and wants me to use outlook something or other and I can't contact them through normal email as it just bounces back. I think I'm going to to have write them an actual snail mail letter and get them to sign for it, so as they can't ignore me. There's a call back option on the customer services line, only they don't call back. Absolutely infuriating!!!
