How do you prefer to receive information/instructions?

For me it's via written information/instructions,rather than spoken information/instructions . I prefer to have something that I can refer to, as and when I need to do so.

Short and simple. I don't like it when a lot of information is thrown at ma all at once, I like to have things written down or if I need to do something, I watch what someone else is doing, I tend to take information on that way.
