You cannot medicate autism. It is a neurodevelopmental condition, not an illness or something to be “cured.” Autism is a natural difference in how a person’s brain processes information and interacts with the world. However, medications can sometimes be used to manage specific co-occurring challenges that autistic individuals may experience. For example, if you’re struggling with anxiety there is anti-anxiety medication that can be taken, or if you’re struggling with sleep, you can be prescribed sleeping meds.
Otherwise, I would suggest you seeking some counselling/therapy that is specific for autistic people, and learn more about how autism impacts you and how to manage your challenges
