Tapatalk is a forum agregator that is rather popular. It's very useful for those of us using phones/tablets to access online communities.

    We chose the forum software several years ago. It's a professional forum software that runs several communities out there. It just so happens tapatalk isn't compatible with the version of the software we're running. Long term, we'd probably look to rebuild the community to something newer rather than adapt what we have.

    I'm the the community manager. I work for the NAS and am responsible for this community and our social media channels.
