It's something I've never liked.  It shows me  how little my contribution  is valued , and,indeed, how little I am valued as a participant here.

  • I'm unsure about the 5 stars below the OP of each thread. Is 1 star good or bad? Sometimes I think of giving 1 star because something's good, but not great, but I'm scared that people will think 1 star means bad, so I've never bothered.

    3 is "good" 2 and 4 are less than or greater than "good" but not "excellent" or "appalling" which are 5 and 1.
