Hints and tips
  • To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
  • To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

It's something I've never liked.  It shows me  how little my contribution  is valued , and,indeed, how little I am valued as a participant here.

    I actually completely missed the vote down option until I saw this post (as only joined recently) and personally would only use the like, in response to a post/reply I found helpful, so a soft "thank you".  Like others, I can't read everything on this forum - so most responses will not have a vote either way

    Honestly I’m very cautious about giving vote down, if I disagree or dislike some post I usually just leave.
