Hey guys, I’ve noticed recently that since I’ve stopped working full time I’ve just been scrolling on tiktok aimlessly, and I am soooo bored. I used to love reading at school, and have been trying tSobget back into it but I am struggggggling. Does anyone have any cool hobbies?? I’m looking for suggestions. I’ve tried crocheting and sewing and stuff but I don’t find it engaging enough honestly Sob

  • Hi Neve! I am not sure where you live however, maybe looking into some local art or craft classes to get into. I notice for me when I am around other creative people, I get more engaged and interested in it. I am taking a wheel throwing clay class once a month as my new hobby. When it comes to books, I flux between being interested and then not completing the book. I am also interested in psychology and neuroscience/neurochemistry as my rabbit of hole knowledge to learn about. 

    Hobbies you will have to experiment with a little to see what feels right and be easy on yourself when you are not sure yet. 

    What are some things do you find curiosity about?
