Yesterday, in the post, I got a pair of gloves; from my ex-Landlady in Dublin. We still, once in a blue moon, contact; via WhatsApp.
Also, I got a Christmas Card from Embrace; as I subscribe to their Patreon channel. Saw them, at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin at 2000. The support band were Alfie; Manchester band, then on Twisted Nerve.
I sorted out gifts, that I'll give. Three of those gifts are kettles; bought from the village Gift Shop. I bought a dearer kettle, along with them, for myself. My old one went South.
Plus, my Air Fryer is good. I have the nack of her. Though they're no good for eggs; which still require a pan. But I can do a mixed grill, pork sausages, beef sausages, veg roll and white pudding, for twelve minutes at 210 Celsuis. Though bacon can't be done any hotter than 180.
I bought knives, yesterday, for my brother. He'll stay at a B and B a few hundred yards from my home from. Christmas Eve to Boxing Day. First time I'll see him since summer 2021.
