Why have I been relegated on this forum?

According to my profile, my current reputation puts me in the top 10% of members here. I used to be in the top 1%. What did I do wrong?!

Actually, talking of which, it says people in the top 50% are highlighted in the forum or something. Anyone got any idea what that means?
