Thank You for Supporting Our Online Community and Moderation Team

Hello everyone,

Since the relaunch of our Online Community, we’ve faced some unexpected technical and setup challenges. We know this has been a difficult transition for many, and we would like to say sorry, and thank you for your patience as we’ve worked through these issues.

The Online Community is important to all of us, and we want to acknowledge the essential role you all play in making it such a supportive and welcoming space.

We also want to take a moment to celebrate the hard work of our moderation team.  Volunteer moderators are the unsung heroes of this community. They’re not responsible for the technical aspects of the Online Community, but their tireless work helps ensure the forum is safe, supportive, and welcoming. They make sure users follow the rules, respond to safeguarding concerns, share trusted advice, welcome new members, and make sure threads get a response.

Our moderation and wider team is here to help maintain a safe and supportive space that is free to members.

Despite initial challenges, the new cloud-based platform was a necessary upgrade, as the previous system was no longer fit for purpose. We’ve made significant strides to improve Help and Guidance, expand the rules, and resolve technical issues.

We’re confident the updated platform will deliver a more stable, secure experience, allowing us to do even more for the Online Community.

Our moderators and staff are here because they care deeply about this Online Community. We ask for your understanding, respect, and kindness toward them as we continue to improve. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but let’s remain considerate in how we communicate.

To our long-standing members: thank you for making this forum a place of support and connection. To new members: welcome! You’re now part of an extraordinary community filled with encouraging, knowledgeable, and passionate people.

Thank you for being part of this place and for making the Online Community so special.
