Music Therapy. Thoughts?

Music therapy is one of the few therapies I’ve had that I’ve actually felt better after doing.

I love music tho it’s one of the only things that actually makes me feel emotions sometimes and listening to it and discussing it in a therapy session did me a lot of good at one point. Music flows through my veins just happens to look like blood ^^

Shame cause I loved it and felt better with it but the therapist stopped doing the sessions in the end cause she moved away and now I miss that.

I listen to music on a daily basis first thing in the morn and last thing before I go back to bed. Music gets me through each day

Music therapys worked well for me in the past curious if anyone else has used it before?

    Mummycat - I trust that this blunt answer is not a source for stress/conflict between us?!

    I would have not made my response unless I was pretty-damn sure that you are a lot like me - based on observation, over time.
