Autistic Adults Work Start

Hi all!

My niece is autistic and manages her day to day life with a 1:1 in a mainstream setting.  I worry she will struggle with work and I thought about creating a company that she could work alongside me with and take over one day. Any ideas on what we could do? I am not crafty so I cant sell things on etsy

  • You're probable best bet is to talk to the niece and see what things interest her. She's going to be able to get way more involved if it's doing something she likes.
