  • I enjoyed Galaxy Quest!

It was a nice homage to the Star Trek fan scene. Alan Rickman and Sigourney Weaver are great in anything they do. It was good to see the Buzz Lightyear voice actor Tim Allen in a leading role. It also had Sam Rockwell in good role.

Because I was only vaguely aware of the film, I was totally taken in and surprised by the idea of real aliens being fooled that the science fiction series episodes were real 'historical documents' and getting the actors to help save them from their enemy.

A good choice of film. The next one that I will be able to join in with is Nineteen Eighty Four. I have seen that but it was back in 1984 so don't remember much about it.
