I've always been fond of gaming and have always enjoyed spending my free time on playing video games. I'm curious, does anyone else here have an interest in gaming and if so, what videogames do you enjoy?

Not really playing anything in particular at the moment, I finished Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 recently and I was extremely disappointed by it unfortunately. I typically love strategy/management, or RPG games.
A few favourites that come to mind in no particular order:
Prison Architect
Skyrim
Pentiment
Chivalry 2
The Witcher 3
What Sims games do you like to play? I play The Sims 3 and 4 most. Still have The Sims Bustin Out on PS2 from my childhood.
Sorry you struggle with motivation. When I lack motivation I aim to game for at least 5 mins a day, that helps me a little until I'm fully motivated again.
I like video games too.
Some of my favourite games I play
I like playing games they are a great way of relaxing.
I do have an interest in gaming, I like The Sims as evidenced by my username. I struggle to find the motivation and focus these days though, sadly.
I like lots of different video games. Some of my favourites are Skyrim, Pokemon, Need For Speed, GTA and I always love playing the Lego video games. I recently completed the Lego Jurassic World game.
I like roguelites a lot. Hades especially. Replayability is my most valued quality, and roguelites strike that balance of entertaining gameplay loop without the unforgiving nature of roguelikes.
I'm also big into tabletop role playing games like Pathfinder.
I probably spend too much of my time on video games. Here are a few examples of stuff i'm playing right now: (Mostly on Switch)
- Celeste. Currently in the middle of working through the 202 Strawberry Grind. (I might try Hollow Knight once that's wrapped up)
- The Pikmin series. I've got 1 & 2 right now thanks to a bundle, but i'll likely get around to the later editions. They are very calming games to play while on a long trip out.
- Slay the Spire is a great deck-builiding/roguelike game with a ton of replayability that I try every so often.
- Overwatch is a game I pay a lot of attention to as a very fun team-based shooter. I'll be playing it a lot once I get home and I have access to my desktop again.
- Hearthstone is a daily card game that has been my main special interest for the good part of a decade. It is in its twilight as a game, and there hasn't been any suitable replacement for me yet sadly. I might try Magic: The Gathering once I am home; I haven't decided yet.
I have a *Very* lengthy list of other games I have gone through previously, but these are the ones that currently maintain my interest.
I don't think a VR set is in the cards for me unfortunately because I tend to get really bad motion sickness just playing some games regularly. Skyrim is always going to be a favourite of mine though!
I loved Skyrim, Freckles . I finished it when it first came out. I also tried it with a VR headset several years later which was so amazing, but I can't do for long.
Have you tried God of War Ragnarok yet or just the first one? Both are incredible!
I love gaming and I play a wide variety of games. The console of choice is a PS5, and sometimes my Nintendo Switch (for animal crossing and stardew valley). Currently my game obsession is called The Mortuary Assistant.
Some of my all time favourite games are: The Last of Us 1&2, Red Dead Redemption 2, Hogwarts Legacy, Skyrim, Dayz, Resident Evil franchise, God of War and honestly most indie horror games with great jumpscares.
I don't play as much as I used to, but sometimes I'll play a game for a few hours one day, then not touch it again for a day or two, or longer. I'm currently playing Dark Souls and I'm really enjoying it! It's amazingly difficult, at least in my opinion. Was on it a few days ago trying to defeat the Capra Demon (died to it twice).
Some of my favourite games are Mass Effect 2, Read Dead Redemption 2, Uncharted 4: A Thieves' End, The Last Of Us, and the older total war games.
(Yes I love the Watchdogs franchise and I will always love Ubisoft for it)
Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom I can find to be incredibly relaxing games too, sometimes it's nice to just wander around and admire the environment.
The Witcher I like for finding all the stories around the world. Some are connected, some are just people living their lives, but all of them are interesting.
I loved Witcher! After playing the game, read the books then they brought out the tv series and watched that too. Sad to hear Henry Cavill won't be in the next series
I'm a PlayStation gamer and love open world games (if anyone can recommend any, let me know!). A few I've played
The Wind Temple was my favourite. It started off the game with a MASSIVE bang especially that boss fight wow. The reference to wind waker were so good
