What have you been up too today?

I've had a long walk with my dog, then I went and tried to find something to tell my DiL to get me for xmas, she wants our lists early so as she can do her financial planing. I've been to the library and the garden centre, where I got a pack of free daffodil bulbs.

I think tomorow will be spent gardening

    I love thunder storms, I have been out in a really big one that was as scary as it was amazing, I kept feeling my feet lift off the ground a bit everytime the lightening hit, it was striking all around me, I was probably lucky I didn't get hit!.

    Sounds like you've all been busy! I'm having a lazy day today, I got up late and will take Fearn for a walk later and other than cooking dinner that will be it for the day. I will carry on reading a book on the origins of the Anglo-Saxons, which is more like the origins of where all North Western Europeans came from going right back to the ice age, the evolution of language and stuff like that.

    I'm scared of thunder when it's directly overhead because it's too loud for me, but walking out in the rain like that sounds blissful!
