My husband works at a college where some of the students have SEN. He said one student with Autism likes to have instructions almost shouted at him, he can’t cope with being spoken to nicely. To me this doesn’t sound right?
I once taught student who had autism, ADHD and ODD. He preferred being screamed at as it cut through al the noise in his head.
