I enjoy playing video games on my PS3 and DS.  I enjoy playing with my friends online and co-op as well as having some time to play by myself.

  • Our household is really into board games, including my son, aged 10, who has Aspergers. He plays well above his age for most games, and also enjoys playing games with figures (Heroscape, Lord of the Rings, Hoards of the Things), both with my husband and on his own. He'll do this for hours, which is great as it means he's not staring at a screen.

    The board games with others teach him a lot of social skills too. He's not good at waiting his turn, or at losing, but with help is improving and in some particular games behaves better than his older brother when he doens't do well.
