Having listened to the audio of Coldplay's Glastonbury 2024 set on BBC Sounds, I later ended up watching the set on BBC iPlayer.
Little did I know when I started watching that I would end up with a lump in my throat, on the verge of tears.
Why? Because in addition to a touching (and also amusing) tribute to Sir Michael Eavis AND Michael J. Fox, I had previously had no idea that the latter (Michael J. Fox) had ended up performing on stage with Coldplay.
I had found it truly heart-warming to see Michael J. Fox playing guitar with Coldplay, and especially so when he gave Chris Martin a big cheesy smile. It had been worth watching just for that alone.
As the saying goes, "If you can't beat them, join them." Therefore, I am choosing this video (link below) as my own little tribute to Michael J. Fox.
