New friends

Hi my name is Sylvia and for a couple of years have been isolating myself more and more - after work and days off just curling up at home - I am feeling strongly that it does not feel right and I would love to communicate with or meet others like me - I am 58 am a nurse auxiliary working 2 nights a week plus a Registered Childminder (yet to get to full capacity) so have lots of free time at present - I would love to hear from men or women and try my hand at making friends again - How about you ? I live in Hull - hope to hear from you - I was privately diagnosed with Aspergers in December

Thank you, I have two daughters, one is married, the other is in a relationship. Both live and work at the other end of the country so I don't see them very often but keep in touch on FB. I was married for 17 years then after a divorce moved to Cornwall where I met someone and stayed together 13 years. I like walking too, especially on the beaches in my area.

hi sorry to hear that your relationship has ended. i still have no friends and have to accept that maybe i wont untill my son is older, i dont know but it is hard just someone to chat to would be nice .keep smiling though it does help.have you got children .i find walks help keep me a bit more possitive.
