Incomprehensible forum notification

Hi

I just had a notification, when I tried to stop notifications that tell me that I have just created a discussion. I hope that makes sense. The notification made no sense to me, at all.
I tried to copy the text but it was taken as a click. If this creates another notification, I'll screenshot it

    I keep getting notifications that I've just created (subject of thread), when all I've done is responded to it. Eg I'll almost certainly get a notification saying that I've just created "Incomprehensible forum notification" when I've finished writing this.

    This forum's weird.
