Security warning on using this site

Hi all,

Some of you have noticed there's a warning that flashes up when you visit our site.

In short, your details are still secure, as they go through the main site which still has it's SSL certificate and will continue to be secure.

We just need to clarify some technical points and then we'll renew the SSL certificate to prevent those warnings flashing up.

Best wishes,

Anil

  • Hi Longman - I believe it mostly happens when users try to log in.

We're hoping to get this resolved in the next few days, which is why I've suggested, for now, that people ignore it. Our main site, which holds your details, is secure.

In this instance, it was decided to not renew the SSL certification because we have it on our main site. If we can renew it without causing any issues with our main site, we will do so immediately, and that's what we're seeking clarification on among other things. I'm not sure there's a seperate charity provision in this instance.
