NAS helplines?

I can't find anything about the phone helplines that the NAS used to run e.g. education, Transforming Care etc. Do they still exist? Is there an online chat equivalent now? Would be grateful for the URL of any NAS helplines/chat functions to assist people in my area. 

  • Yes, you are right the helplines don’t exist anymore.

    This is why many people including other autistic people rely on this online community for support and information. It’s the main way to get advice now, particularly if you want autistic lived experience advice. There is no online chat, this is the only way to get information.

     I appreciate that this is very limiting! If you want any autistic insights, I am more than happy to help you. Alternatively, if we can’t provide the right information for you, I can signpost you to autistic led organisations who might be able to help you.
