In A Panic. Where Is The Town Hall In Bangor In Wales?

I am not that good at online stuff. Does anyone know which part of Bangor in North Wales the town hall is in? (Just a rough idea will do), as I will be going there soon and I tried online but I am not very good at it as I can find street maps but when I zoom in the small writing I can hardly see resizes itself back to small again. Tried a few different online street maps and they all do this, but even reading what I can read on this little tablet, I can't find it!

Also, added to this is where can I park that is either free or takes coins in the parking machines? I am glad to move from South Wales to North as I couldnever get card machines to work so areas like Tenby, Carmarthen, Aberaeron, Lampeter, and New Quay etc are now total no-go areas for me, so I am glad to be in North Wales where I can park and pay by coins!  Is Bangor coins or card? If it is card (Though my Mum can't walk far and I can't walk much when stressed), how far is the town hall from B&Q in Bangor, as I can walk from there? As I have been to B&Q.

I have no facilities to print things out even if I did know how to do it so I would have to memorize routes etc. I can't memorize names so much but can memorize visual shapes of streets... Usually I can study street shapes to know where things are, but for the last three hours I have been looking at Bangor and can't find its town hall or the street name it is said to be on! Is it actually in Bangor or is it somewhere else like Anglesea as I have looked everywhere on online maps! All I can see is what the town hall looks like! 

I am going to drive up there tomorrow but it looks a massive place to be honest!

    Thanks. Just woke up. Could hardly sleep last night. Kept waking up and was stressed as could feel heartburn. Ermmm. Just seen the time! The more I try to go to bed early the more I can't sleep and the later I am getting up! Is that really the time? 

    Think I woke up about three times. Used to get this before burnout, so hope I am not getting another one. Have yet to fully recover from the one that hit in 2019.  Always find it takes more than twice as long to recover from them from the time one thinks one has recovered. Why I kept getting them in the past each time I tried to work. I would push and push and persevere where if I had not pushed and quit I would have saved myself but I didn't know what they were. Stull don't know if they were burnouts of breakdowns (Think they were burnouts but recovery took years from each one).

    Am worried about taxpeople as to find their address is impossible! Can't phone them as they have that automated thing and then queues and I can't cope with those. Can't do online thins as am out of my depth and they say I need to download an app.This tablet needs to go back to factory settings each time I try and download anything! Mums phone works but she doesn't like extra things as my Brother or my Nieces and Nephews often put things on there and she is like me not understanding why stuff is moved! Mum used to use her computer but then brothers wife did updates and she can no longer use it as things are lost in different places. Mum is very literal minded so if something is moved, it won't be there. Is like learning how to use a computer all over again! We did think that is better to get a typewrighter for Mum as she is a brilliant typist. Brother and his wife got rid of them when we moved. Mum didn't use them as she could not get ribbons. I reacon if I find out how the black on ribbons is made and make some I can get typewrighters to work.
