hi is there anyone else out there who really hates christmas as much as i do  i loathe december  evrey year  its so depressing  and even  worse this year asb my  girlfriend dumped me today she claims she is asexual and has no intreast in anyone i love her so much but have now  cut off all contact with her  for best its not that christmas always  puts me in a bad mood anyway

  • i have resons  for hating it  but i agree that its so false my daily  routine is spoiled  plus the split with my other half for good

  • I don't hate it, I find it an annoyance.  It's just hassle and stress to get organised and remember to send cards to people and I find it fake and meaningless.  It's just for the children, but I have so much stress on my plate at the moment that it's a struggle to even think of how it is for them.

  • It's not Christmas I hate, it's the way people use it as an excuse to indulge and the way businesses use this period of indulgement to profit excessively by urging us to indulge...such as .. "Go on, it's Christmas" !! The hidden meaning means go on, lose control and forget the consequences of your actions..eg...go on stuff yourself full of food and booze and spend more than you can afford on gifts because it's Christmas (and not because we want to make loads of money out of you losing control of your senses NOT !)
