Winter hobbies.

Hello. I hope you're having a lovely day!

What sort of hobbies do you like to do during the winter? I've noticed before how my hobbies alter throughout the year.

During the winter I like to do the following:

  • Christmas sewing, making jumpers and decorations, and Christmas tree ornaments. Though I need more supplies as I ran out yesterday.
  • Writing Christmas stories.
  • Making Christmas cookies.
  • Creating Christmas cards.
  • Watching Christmas performances at the theatre.
  • Christmas photography.
  • Wrapping presents! 
  • Online tutorials - I made my own Christmas decorations last year and did it again this year!

The above are my favourite parts of winter and Christmas. It definitely makes Christmas a lot more bearable for me! Santa tone1Slight smile

    I like the cards. I make some by hand each year. Mine are for solstice but double for all beliefs.

    I always watch the Doctor who specials, and whatever other specials there are to suit

    Sending flowers to people.

    otherwise I don't do much Christmas.

    it is a time of rest and it's nice a quiet for walking and wandering around closed up shops.

    I call a lot of friends far away.
