I was still sleepy, at 9 am, whenever my electrician called. He was coming to remove the wiring and socket from my fireplace. In the end I had to get up, to unlock the door for him, then head back to bed. He'll square me up for cost once he sorts me out with a generator.
Then my uncle came, around 2 pm, to do measurements for the hearth; to be installed tomorrow. He said that a professional is required to install the woodburner I have, in the shed, as a certificate is required; Re. Carbon Monoxide. More stress. The Chap who can do that, locally, won't be free until after Christmas. More stress.
Now, I'm listening to a Patreon stream of a Spacerock album's Side A is premiered; by a Chap from Nottingham who has released s**tloads of material, via Bandcamp and Kickstarter, since 2020. He was my soundtrack to the Era of Stupidity.
Nothing's ever simple.
