im new and need some help plz

hi i have a 5yr son who has autism i have know for just over a year now. but i have been told of some people that as they get older they can stat to get other things of the spectrem as they say. so will my son pick up these things or will he just stay as he is now

    Hi we are awaiting diagnosis for my partner (39) and my son (5 this month). I would be happy to talk to you about this..I am just trying to adapt to what is going on myself. 

    I agree with the 'Mod' that a new topic on this subject would be useful..will go and start one up,
