Autistic Princesses

Hi,

Sorry I haven't been on here in a while, I've just been busy with other things.

I've been thinking, do you guys think we need princesses who are autistic in TV shows, movies and books? Not headcanoned to be autistic, but actually autistic.

Over the last couple of days, I've come up with my own autistic princess. Her name is Princess Autie, and she wears a gold dress to represent Autistic Pride.

What do you guys think of the idea?

  • Great idea.

The story could be based around the classic fairy tale of the princess and the pea. She would be able to feel a pea under 20 mattresses and hear a spider weaving a web outside the window.

As a child that was the only fairy tale I could really relate to. I was so sensitive to every tiny bobble on my flannelette sheets and I was convinced that I would be able to feel the pea like a real princess Smile
