Maybe one day

That looks like a nice thing to do. I've never done diamond painting but I saw your profile page and yours look beautiful. Keep it to one side and it will still be there when the time is right. 

I like writing. I've been working on a book for about 4 and a half years but I haven't even got past the first chapter yet. I'm always busy with school. Then when I'm home I'm busy helping family. Sometimes my mental health is up and down.....there is always something lololol. 

Life can get a bit whacky and it puts my projects like my book on hold. I've still got every intention of doing it but this year has been busy and wild and crazy all at the same time.

I noticed I have less time since joining this community. I'm not complaining though. I like it here, good people, good environment....Its nice to be around people who know and understand about autism.

I agree, the bottom one is my favourite with the most blue in it ( I tried to copy+paste it here but failed)

I love that with paintings how its perceived...For me that's some of the magic with art. It makes you feel and that's a very real and wonderful thing! For me I get the same depressed feeling but at the same time I saw the 2 figures walking out of the gloom in to brighter colours and it makes me feel sad and happy at the same time. I guess only HE knows what they were doing as he created it but for me that's what I feel and picture when I look at it.

For me, it's not just the colours and how Afremov used them, but the story I feel his work tells. To me, a picture of people walking in the rain (like the one you shared) strikes me as rather depressing, but I feel Afremov excelled at making such scenes look joyful and vibrant.

Regrettably, I've never really been a fan Vincent van Gogh's work, but like a lot of things, I suppose that's the beauty of art... It's subjective. What appeals to one person, won't appeal to another. 

I knew nothing about Leonid Afremov until I saw the 'Melody of the Night' diamond painting kit, and thought it looked familiar. Having read a review by someone who mentioned the artist's name, I then did some googling. As I think stores like The Range sell Afremov canvas pictures, I'm guessing that's why it seemed so familiar to me.

I think his choices of colours is beautiful it's a blend almost like a rainbow. You do not get art like this now, pity because I think it's gorgeous 

I think it was luck more than anything lolol  most of the time if I try to add a pic of doesn't actually work.

How did you copy paste insert that one? It wouldn't be accepted when I tried I have been able to with others on here at times e.g. this one....

His artwork really appeals to me, hence why I just HAD to buy the diamond painting kit.
