As the title says.....
Last thing I ate was some grapes
I've just had breakfast.
Breakfast is the one meal of the day that I'm good at because it's firmly ingrained as my morning routine. I have 6 teaspoons of porridge oats with a measure of water (never milk!), Once my porridge is cooked I pop in 3 teaspoons of sultanas and 3 of pumpkin seeds. 1 chopped banana, 20 grapes, 2 satsumas, and half a teaspoon of flax seed and give it all a good stir! Also a strong cup of tea!
