Wind and rain

I've been working from home because of my anxiety but this afternoon I've got to go in to the office. Not looking forward to going from my peaceful home environment to a busy noisy office.

I'll have to drive through the wind and rain. I like rain, I like the sound of it falling but I don't like the wind. It's cold and messes up my hair.

Go careful in that wind and rain. If you get flooded just call my name and I'll blow up my dinghy and come and rescue you

We'll stop at McDonald's on the way back!

Haha thanks. Actually you mentioning a dinghy reminds me of when I was little and went on holiday and our parents bought us this new expensive dinghy, only for use in the sea said our Mum. But we took it to the local stream and because it was flowing so fast when we put it in it shot off like a bullet.

We got in so much trouble but me and my sisters laugh about it a lot now. It was a fun holiday and looking back that was a hilarious moment for us, until our parents found out.

I braved the elements THREE times, driving, today. However, I informed the local roads authority of a few flooded roads.
