Glitter (this includes glitter gel pens and glitter glue), Christmas baubles, tinsel, sparkly metallic thread, rhinestones, crystals, sequins. Pretty much anything that sparkles when it catches the light.

My love of sparkly things is such that I started saving sparkly Christmas and birthday cards I received. At Christmas, it looks like I know more people than I actually do because I'll put up my collection of saved cards, which date back several years.

Cora is such a lovely name, unusual, and also what a great meaning!

LongFerret, Cora is my first name, which means heart or centre. It's usually changed to Coro and Ron is my last name so I put them together for my username

Since my childhood it has been a running joke in terms of my speaking that the accumulative dust of the ages tends to settle around me in increasing sedimentary layers: as leaves me stuck up to my neck in accumulative problems ~ such as amongst other stuff trying to work out who the dusty web and rag covered skeletons used to belong to!

Mine is just my name.  I did it as I have made some people aware I have a profile, for support.

Ooh I didn’t know there was a rock band with the same name! Don’t know why I chose his character seeing as he is male and I’m female, and he isn’t even my favourite character! Lol it just was the first thing that came to mind!

I think that's more common than you'd think, getting overruled on names. My dad came back from the register office, apparently, just deciding to give me a middle name without having said anything, and the name they had chosen for my fiirst name was spellt wrong on the birth certificate!!

Mine's my real name.

I call myself Robert because my mother told me that's the name she first chose for me, but my paternal grandmother overuled her, saying that my nickname would be Bob and that's horrible.

Oh, I see what you mean, he does 'talk' in dog language but not in an annoying way, he is adorable, poor little guy, he's definitely one of us with his anxiety. I always had rescue cats, you always wonder what they went through before you adopted them, as they have so many problems needing rehabilitation.

My name is older than the oldest oak tree. It is carried upon the wind, sailing on a warm breeze, up the lakes and through the trees. It was given to me by my mother of May, it was on a cool winter's day.

Sorry, he does grumble and bark, the nice part is that he doesn’t actually talk, he doesn’t ask me questions. He was a rescue dog, he suffers from anxiety and often shakes, my wife came up with his more suitable name, she says Otis has Otism, she then said, “ he’s one of your people!”
