I used to love Russian Caravan tea
I found a delicious coffee but it’s too expensive for me to buy all of the time. I’m quite fussy and have realised I generally like Brazilian coffee mostly.
I also have to have in it certain types of mugs at home. I can’t explain what cups are right, and why, But I just know by looking at a mug if it’ll be a good tea/coffee.
Depends on how much milk you put in. I prefer D4.
I have found that I can drink almost any coffee but only my favourite brands of tea.
At work or any situation outside my home I play safe and only drink other people's coffee because I can't stand 90% of brands of tea or how people make it.
At home it's 75% of the time tea, 25% coffee.
My late mother was even more fuzzy than me. She would only drink tea or coffee she made herself. Her tea was black or with lemon or fruit juice, never milk. Coffee had to have boiled milk. Not cold or hot but boiled. I once made her coffee without boiling the milk, she poured the whole mug down the sink and spent twenty years complaining that I was a useless son who doesn't even know how to make a cup of coffee.
I can see a "main sequence" of teas and mine fall within that
I don't drink a lot now as I never feel that thirsty. I prefer tea to coffee. My perfect cuppa is c2. Getting it perfect like that is a hardship all its own.
Anything on the F1 to A6 diagonal is fine by me. The F2 to B5 and E1 to A5 diagonals are the ones I'll drink if someone else has made me a cup of tea. And I'm pretending the top left corner doesn't exist, they look like they haven't even seen the teabag
