What medication helps you if at all? I have ADHD and Autism but do not take anything for ADHD and an SSRI for anxiety/ depression.

  • I've taken a bunch of things, mostly for anxiety. Aside from propranolol, which has helped a lot, it's hard for me to know whether other things are contributing. I mostly take things because I'm scared that if I stop and find out that something was really working, I might never recover next time.
