To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

What medication helps you if at all? I have ADHD and Autism but do not take anything for ADHD and an SSRI for anxiety/ depression.

In before mod gives a warning about not giving medical advice. I have mixed feelings about sertraline. It took the edge off my depression. It took the edge off my enjoyment of a good things in life as well though.

I don’t take it anymore.
