Is anyone listening out there?

Happened to log on about lunchtime today to see that there were 254 people looking, highest I've personally seen - others may have seen larger numbers. Usually I've been quite impressed if we pass 180 and as I write its nearly 150 (at 8.30 pm on a Sunday).

But who are these watchers?  What are they watching?  Has the Santa is Silly debate drawn in the crowds?

Are these parents? People on the spectrum? Or are they medical/psychology/psychiatry observers?

As I've pointed out before we cannot log in to the professionals' forum as incognito observers. We'd have to go through the palaver of trying to log on with a name and password (which so far has defeated me - well I am usually flustered and floored by such things).

I just feel I ought to bring in an extra large supply of peanuts if I'm going to be sat here performing longer than usual......

  • Funny you should say that.  I often log on and it's only me!  This is a very quiet forum.

I also wonder whether clinical professionals watch this forum, but I highly doubt it to be honest.  Judging by the sheer lack of understanding by virtually all clinical staff I have come up against, I cannot see how they can be reading on here and gaining any insight.
