disability living allowance

Hi, im trying to fill out the forms for DLA for my 15 year old daughter who has been recently diagnosed with Autism and various other mental health conditions and wondered if anyone had any advice in what to put in the forms, as its all very new im struggling to know what to put down.

Any advice gratefully recieved.

We have an advice page here on the NAS site about benefits that might be of some help to you - https://www.autism.org.uk/advice-and-guidance/topics/benefits-and-money/benefits - and I would agree with what Debbie said that getting in touch with Citizens Advice would be a good idea too - https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/ - they have a lot of info on the website and you can get in contact by phone, through their online chat or in person.
