What happens when you die

.....

I've been thinking about death a lot lately. My parents are both older and I've been struggling with my own health problems and last night I couldn't sleep because I was thinking about it. I don't scare easily but the idea of death scares me.

    we could have been another person..... but the reason you dont know is because memories are in the brain, and your previous brain of the other person is gone with the body of the other person you was.

    energy doesnt die it gets reused.... although in this case of reincarnation, its likely still not a comfort to people as everything you are is in your physical brain and that is lost on death of the body, the new you your energy transfers to after wont take any trait or knowledge from the old you. can end up becoming aa type of person you hated in the previous life. all a guess though, could be that, could also be that we are just some sort of advanced alien beings giga brain computer simulation.
