What happens when you die

I've been thinking about death a lot lately. My parents are both older and I've been struggling with my own health problems and last night I couldn't sleep because I was thinking about it. I don't scare easily but the idea of death scares me.

All human life begins at the moment of conception - as traditional Catholics, it is not for us to question the ways of God and for that which we do not know or understand, to be freed from a state of original sin and enter into a state of Grace, we must adopt and accept the assent of faith, which is the very essence of our faith
