What happens when you die

I've been thinking about death a lot lately. My parents are both older and I've been struggling with my own health problems and last night I couldn't sleep because I was thinking about it. I don't scare easily but the idea of death scares me.

  • the idea of death never scared me not even when i was a young kid.
i dunno whether its because i may have always just been depressive.. or the fact that death isnt logical.

think on it... what is the nothingness of death? .... if your thinking its blackness, then if you can percieve blackness then your still conscious right? .... nothingness doesnt exist. it cant exist. its a impossibility.

now for sure whatever it is that is, our memories are in these physical brains so we lose our memories and storage anyway with the physical brain. but theres many things that could happen after death.... im more leaning on the probability that whatever we are that powers these fleshy beings just gets reused to power another being, so reincarnation. and its so random you could be anything, combined with the fact there could be not only earth but trillions of other planets of life in existence with lifeforms you could be used to power. big variance for each life.

but ofcourse there may also be another one that limits your being to the space and time that you existed.... meaning when you die you are perhaps like a vhs tape being rewound back to the start of your life again.... which could be why we get dejavu. and is based on being immortal and nothingness not existing but yet your still only bound to the time and space you existed.
