Good to be back here though. It's been two years... I see a lot of new names... Suddenly I feel like the black sheep :/
It’s nice living in the countryside, this is the view from my bedroom window. The only downside is no buses or takeaway deliveries. I don’t use either but my family would prefer to have them.
I live on the edge of the city so semi rural. A few days ago I chatted to three horses and stroked their heads.

I would love having sheep in my garden too. It is my dream to live in the countryside far away from other houses, with sheep as neighbours.
A few years ago a cattle grid local to me became silted up. A flock of sheep realised they could cross it and walk down the lane into the village, to graze on the juicy green grass on the village green. They continued to do that every day for weeks and I loved seeing them there. Unfortunately the farmer fixed the cattle grid and the sheep were confined to their field again.
I'm always taking photos of sheep and lambs when out on my walks. Here is one I took last week:
